Are chil­dren wel­come on-​board?
Yes they are. We pro­vide live vests, snorkel and fins in chil­dren sizes. Please advise on spe­cial meal requests.

What does the open bar include?
Water, juices, sodas (coke, diet coke, gin­ger ale) rum, local beers, coconut rum, gin, vodka, wine and rum punch. Pros­ecco at an extra charge of US$30. Any spe­cial requests for drinks can be accom­mo­dated on pri­vate char­ters at an addi­tional cost.

What about my food aller­gies?
If you are aller­gic to lob­ster or any other ingre­di­ent of our lunches, please advise at the time of the book­ing – we have sev­eral options to cater to your needs.

How long are the tours?
Lob­ster and snorkel tour and snorkel tour west coast – depend­ing on the pick-​up point from 6.5 hours to 5 hours. Please see our tour page for the dura­tion of Pri­vate Charters.

What do I need to bring?
Swim suits, towel, hat/​cap, sun lotion. You are wel­come to bring along your own snorkel equip­ment if you pre­fer. We will ask you to take off your shoes and put them either in the shoe bas­ket pro­vided or you could put them in your bag dur­ing your time on board.

How can we pay?
We accept Visa and Mas­ter­Card, US$/EC$ cash and bit­coin cash on board. Sorry but we can­not accept torn and dam­aged US$ notes as the banks locally do not accept them.

What is the can­cel­la­tion pol­icy?
If Cre­ole Antigua Tours needs to can­cel due to weather or any other rea­son we will try and resched­ule you as soon as pos­si­ble– should this not be pos­si­ble we will refund your deposit. Should you be unable to come to Antigua due to flight cancellations/​Covid related mat­ters or if your cruise ship is not dock­ing in St Johns/​Antigua we will refund you.

No Show” guests will be charged in full.

Can­cel­la­tion less than 48 hours 50% of the cost of the tour. Deposits are being charged at the time of the book­ing and are non-​refundable– except in cases as listed above.
