Are children welcome on-board?
Yes they are. We provide live vests, snorkel and fins in children sizes. Please advise on special meal requests.
What does the open bar include?
Water, juices, sodas (coke, diet coke, ginger ale) rum, local beers, coconut rum, gin, vodka, wine and rum punch. Prosecco at an extra charge of US$30. Any special requests for drinks can be accommodated on private charters at an additional cost.
What about my food allergies?
If you are allergic to lobster or any other ingredient of our lunches, please advise at the time of the booking – we have several options to cater to your needs.
How long are the tours?
Lobster and snorkel tour and snorkel tour west coast – depending on the pick-up point from 6.5 hours to 5 hours. Please see our tour page for the duration of Private Charters.
What do I need to bring?
Swim suits, towel, hat/cap, sun lotion. You are welcome to bring along your own snorkel equipment if you prefer. We will ask you to take off your shoes and put them either in the shoe basket provided or you could put them in your bag during your time on board.
How can we pay?
We accept Visa and MasterCard, US$/EC$ cash and bitcoin cash on board. Sorry but we cannot accept torn and damaged US$ notes as the banks locally do not accept them.
What is the cancellation policy?
If Creole Antigua Tours needs to cancel due to weather or any other reason we will try and reschedule you as soon as possible– should this not be possible we will refund your deposit. Should you be unable to come to Antigua due to flight cancellations/Covid related matters or if your cruise ship is not docking in St Johns/Antigua we will refund you.
“No Show” guests will be charged in full.
Cancellation less than 48 hours 50% of the cost of the tour. Deposits are being charged at the time of the booking and are non-refundable– except in cases as listed above.
